Whilst many of our clients Project manage the telecom rollouts directly, and outsource the construction element to Gresham Communications, we can offer the full “one stop shop” to deliver sites or tranches of sites, with very little client management and overhead input.
Our range of service, upon receipt of instruction and detailed design would be to manage the entire project from access arrangements, permits to work, outages, kit ordering, though to all elements of build, rigging, electrical and I&C. With our dedicated team and SHEQ management processes the stress of managing multiple trades would lie on our shoulders through to completion of site and issue of handover as built documentation.
