From prestart to handover we deliver sites to our client with the minimum of fuss, having a wealth of experience to deal with inevitable build, environmental or third party/site provider issues that often arise. We have the
confidence and ability to make the right decisions to keep the project on track and deliver to our client’s high expectations.
Under the control of our SMSTS Build Managers and SSTS lead supervisors we have built thousands of sites throughout the UK, often in very difficult and extreme conditions. We pride ourselves on embarking on the more technical projects which others would often shy from. The higher the profile, the higher we deliver. No project is too small, from installation of cable gantry or cutting in a new roxtec gland, through to multi operator Central London rooftops or remote mountaintop Greenfields, we embrace them all.
Our Construction and Decommissioning Experience includes;
Streetworks
NRSWA trained operatives; trial hole investigation through to augured roots, pole swaps, lamp posts and cabinet upgrades. We offer the full one stop shop service, including ETON, traffic management, electrical and rigging. All our vans are fully fitted with high visibility chevrons and beacons is accordance with highways regulations.
Greenfields
Access tracks up sides of mountains and 50m3+ tower bases are our bread and butter. Existing compound extensions, additional bases, generator foundations, fencing and lightning protection are all part of our service we provide, Nationally. Often requiring specialist access plant, we have an extensive data base of suppliers across the country that are always willing to assist to deliver for our client. We have built many sites in areas of outstanding natural beauty and are sympathetic to the environment and the flora and fauna that frequent this habitat.
Rooftops
From concrete plinths, steel grillages, antenna poles, ladders, freestanding frames, GRP shrouds, handrail, step overs, cable tray, scaffolding, lightning protection, roxtec glands, pull testing, safety systems, electrical installation, lifting and shifting, MEWPS, rota broaching, cabinet landing,..no matter what, Gresham telecom take care of the lot.
With experienced rooftop teams and steel installers, fully certified working at height, RF and Narda equip, we are you first point of call for anything rooftop, day, night, weekends, bank holidays, we always have teams willing to work.
